  • أكد النائب محمد أبو العينين على ضرورة امتلاك الدول العربية والإفريقية للتكنولوجيا وتطويرها بدلا من مجرد استهلاكها.
  • أوضح أن مصر تمتلك مقومات استراتيجية وبشرية تؤهلها لتكون مركزاً إقليمياً للابتكار والإنتاج وتوطين الصناعات.
