أجهزة المدن الجديدة تكثف التواصل مع المواطنين ومتابعة الخدمات ومشروعات التنمية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تكثف أجهزة المدن الجديدة التواصل المباشر مع المواطنين لمتابعة تنفيذ المشروعات ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة.
تجري أجهزة المدن جولات ميدانية ولقاءات مع السكان للوقوف على احتياجاتهم ومعالجة شكاواهم المتعلقة بالخدمات والمرافق.
تتضمن المشكلات التي يتم التعامل معها تحسين النظافة، وتوفير مياه الشرب، وصيانة المصاعد، وتأمين البوابات، وتوفير الغاز الطبيعي.
تركز الوزارة على تحسين جودة الحياة، والحفاظ على المظهر الحضاري، ودعم فرص الاستثمار في المدن الجديدة.

في إطار توجيهات المهندسة راندة المنشاوي، وزيرة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، بمتابعة تنفيذ المشروعات ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين، وتعزيز التواصل المباشر معهم، ودعم مقومات التنمية والاستثمار، والحفاظ على المظهر الحضاري للمدن الجديدة، تواصل أجهزة المدن تنفيذ الجولات الميدانية واللقاءات
