أرباح “الآمار الغذائية” تنمو 4.8% في الربع الثاني إلى 4.3 مليون دولار 

ارتفع صافي ربح شركة الآمار الغذائية خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026 بنسبة 4.8% ليبلغ 4.3 مليون دولار (16 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بصافي ربح قدره 4.1 مليون دولار (15.3 مليون ريال) في الربع الموازي من العام الماضي.

وعلى أساس فصلي، ارتفع صافي الربح في الربع الثاني بنسبة 776.5% مقارنة بأرباح الربع الأول من العام الحالي البالغة 0.5 مليون دولار (1.8 مليون ريال).

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء، إن المبيعات ارتفعت خلال الربع الثاني بنسبة 17.8% لتصل إلى 74.4 مليون دولار (278.9 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ63.1 مليون دولار (236.7 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من عام 2025، بدعم من المبادرات التسويقية، وتحسين مستوى الخدمة، إضافة إلى مساهمة 29 فرعاً في مدينتي مكة والطائف، و13 فرعاً لعلامة “فايف جايز” في المملكة اعتباراً من 29 أبريل 2026.

وأضافت الشركة أن ارتفاع صافي الربح خلال الربع الثاني جاء نتيجة نمو المبيعات، مدعوماً بإجراءات الإدارة الهادفة إلى تعزيز مرونة هيكل المصاريف وتحقيق توازن أفضل بين المصاريف المتغيرة والثابتة، مع استمرار التركيز على التميز التشغيلي وتطوير مستوى الخدمة.

أرباح النصف الأول من 2026

ونما صافي ربح الشركة خلال النصف الأول بنسبة 23.8% ليبلغ 4.8 مليون دولار (17.9 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ3.8 مليون دولار (14.4 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من عام 2025.

وبيّنت الشركة أن نمو الأرباح نصف السنوية يعود إلى ارتفاع المبيعات، والأثر الإيجابي لإجراءات الإدارة الرامية إلى تحسين هيكل المصاريف، ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتحقيق توازن أفضل بين المصاريف المتغيرة والثابتة.

وارتفعت مبيعات شركة الآمار الغذائية خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026 بنسبة 15.2% لتبلغ 137.5 مليون دولار (515.8 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ119.4 مليون دولار (447.8 مليون ريال) خلال الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

توزيع أرباح نقدية عن الربع الثاني

وقرر مجلس إدارة شركة الآمار الغذائية بتاريخ 4 أغسطس الحالي توزيع أرباح نقدية مرحلية على المساهمين عن الربع الثاني من عام 2026، بإجمالي مبلغ قدره 3.4 مليون دولار (12.7 مليون ريال).

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” أن عدد الأسهم المستحقة للتوزيع يبلغ 25.3 مليون سهم، وحصة السهم من التوزيع 0.50 ريال، بما يعادل 5% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم.

وأضافت أن تاريخ الأحقية سيكون في 19 أغسطس 2026 للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم بنهاية تداول يوم الاستحقاق، على أن يتم توزيع الأرباح بتاريخ 2 سبتمبر 2026.
