أرباح “الراشد للصناعة” تنمو 1.44% في النصف الأول

وارتفع صافي ربح شركة الراشد للصناعة بنسبة 1.44% إلى 5.80 مليون دولار (21.78 مليون ريال) في النصف الأول من العام الحالي، مقابل 5.72 مليون دولار (21.47 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس إن إيراداتها ارتفعت بنسبة 16.31% لتصل إلى 25.95 مليون دولار (97.38 مليون ريال) في النصف الأول من العام الجاري، مقارنة بـ 22.31 مليون دولار (83.72 مليون ريال) خلال الفترة المناظرة من عام 2025.

وأرجعت الشركة نمو الإيرادات إلى التوسع في خطوط الإنتاج وزيادة كميات البيع، إلى جانب توفر المنتجات وارتفاع الطلب عليها، وتحديث وتطوير المنتجات بما ساهم في فتح أسواق جديدة، كما عزز النمو في الأسواق المحلية والخارجية وتلبية طلبات المستهلكين من دعم الإيرادات.

وأوضحت الشركة أن ارتفاع صافي الربح جاء نتيجة زيادة الإيرادات بنسبة 16.31%، إلى جانب نمو إجمالي الربح التشغيلي بنسبة 9.18% مقارنة بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

وقرر مجلس إدارة شركة الراشد للصناعة بتاريخ 19 أغسطس 2026، توزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين عن النصف الأول من العام 2026، بإجمالي 1.92 مليون دولار (7.2 مليون ريال).

أفادت الشركة في بيان منفصل بأن عدد الأسهم المستحقة للأرباح 12 مليون سهم، وحصة السهم من التوزيع 0.16 دولار (0.60 ريال)، بما يعادل 6% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم.

وحددت الشركة تاريخ الأحقية في الأرباح ليوافق 27 أغسطس 2026، على أن يكون تاريخ التوزيع في 13 سبتمبر 2026.
