أرباح “الرمز للعقارات” تنخفض 60.6% في الربع الثاني إلى 6.83 مليون دولار

انخفض صافي ربح شركة الرمز للعقارات خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026 بنسبة 60.6% إلى 6.83 مليون دولار (25.6 مليون ريال)، مقارنة مع 17.33 مليون دولار (65 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام الماضي.

كما تراجع صافي الربح على أساس فصلي بنسبة 10.7% مقارنة بأرباح بلغت 7.65 مليون دولار (28.7 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من العام الحالي.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين إن إيراداتها ارتفعت خلال الربع الثاني بنسبة 518.2% إلى 146.76 مليون دولار (550.4 مليون ريال)، مقابل 23.74 مليون دولار (89 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من عام 2025.

وأوضحت الشركة أن نمو الإيرادات جاء مدعوماً بارتفاع المبيعات على الخارطة بنسبة 633.9% لتصل إلى 25.12 مليون دولار (94.2 مليون ريال)، إضافة إلى تسجيل مبيعات وحدات بقيمة 11.17 مليون دولار (41.9 مليون ريال) مع انتقال الوحدات المكتملة إلى المشترين، وتضمنت إيرادات التطوير لصالح الغير بقيمة 18.40 مليون دولار (69 مليون ريال).

وسجلت إيرادات بيع عقارات تحت التطوير بقيمة 86.85 مليون دولار (325.7 مليون ريال)، وإيرادات أخرى بقيمة 5.23 مليون دولار (19.6 مليون ريال) من عقود التأجير وإدارة الأملاك وبيع الأراضي.

وعزت الشركة انخفاض أرباح الربع الثاني رغم نمو الإيرادات إلى ارتفاع مخصص الزكاة خلال الربع الحالي، وانخفاض صافي مكاسب القيمة العادلة مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام السابق، إذ يتم تقييم الصناديق على أساس نصف سنوي.

نتائج النصف الأول من 2026

وعلى مستوى نتائج النصف الأول من عام 2026، ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة بنسبة 308.6% إلى 242.84 مليون دولار (910.7 مليون ريال)، مقارنة مع 59.43 مليون دولار (222.9 مليون ريال) خلال الفترة نفسها من عام 2025 نتيجة ارتفاع المبيعات على الخارطة بنسبة 181.6% لتصل إلى 139.7 مليون ريال، ونمو مبيعات الوحدات بنسبة 697.4% لتبلغ 72.5 مليون ريال، وتحقيق إيرادات بيع عقارات تحت التطوير بقيمة 540.7 مليون ريال.

في المقابل، تراجع صافي ربح النصف الأول بنسبة 24.1% إلى 14.48 مليون دولار (54.3 مليون ريال)، مقارنة مع 19.07 مليون دولار (71.5 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق بسبب انخفاض صافي مكاسب القيمة العادلة مقارنة بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، وارتفاع مخصص الزكاة، وزيادة تكلفة التمويل بنسبة 51.2% على أساس سنوي.
