أرباح “المالية والصناعية” تتخطى 673 مليون جنيه في النصف الأول

حققت شركة المالية والصناعية المصرية أرباحا بلغت 673.5 مليون جنيه في النصف الأول من العام الجاري بنسبة نمو بلغت 4.54%.
ارتفعت مبيعات الشركة لتصل إلى 7.31 مليار جنيه مقارنة بـ 5.33 مليار جنيه في الفترة المقابلة من العام الماضي.
تمت إعادة هيكلة ملكية الشركة عبر نقل 25% من أسهمها من شركة ميدفيرت مصر للاستثمار إلى شركة ناس للاستثمارات القابضة.
بلغت قيمة عملية نقل ملكية 25 مليون سهم نحو 5.01 مليار جنيه بمتوسط سعر تنفيذ بلغ 200.5 جنيه للسهم.

ارتفعت أرباح شركة المالية والصناعية المصرية، بنسبة 4.54% خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري، لتصل 673.5 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بربح 644.2 مليون جنيه في نفس الفترة من العام الماضي.
