أرباح “باتك للاستثمار” ترتفع 293% في الربع الثاني

تضاعفت أرباح شركة باتك للاستثمار والأعمال اللوجستية بنسبة 293.2%، وبلغت نحو 1.3 مليون دولار (4.87 مليون ريال) خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، مقارنة بنحو 0.33 مليون دولار (1.24 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام الماضي.

وعلى أساس ربعي، تراجع صافي ربح الشركة في الربع الثاني بنسبة 60.2% مقارنة بنحو 3.27 مليون دولار (12.25 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من العام الحالي.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد أن ارتفاع صافي الربح يعود بشكل رئيسي إلى انخفاض المصاريف العمومية والإدارية بنسبة 18% إلى 2.08 مليون دولار (7.8 مليون ريال)، إضافة إلى تراجع الخسائر غير المحققة من الاستثمارات بالقيمة العادلة بنسبة 62% إلى نحو 0.35 مليون دولار (1.3 مليون ريال)، وانخفاض تكاليف التمويل بنسبة 34% إلى نحو 0.59 مليون دولار (2.2 مليون ريال).

وتراجعت إيرادات الشركة بنسبة 11% إلى نحو 35.31 مليون دولار (132.42 مليون ريال) في الربع الثاني من العام الحالي، مقارنة بـ39.68 مليون دولار (148.81 مليون ريال) في الربع الثاني من 2025 نتيجة انخفاض إيرادات المواقف الذكية بنسبة 48%، والاستثمار العقاري 37%، ونقل الأموال 23%، وخدمات تغذية أجهزة الصراف الآلي 12%، وإدارة المرافق 11%، وفي المقابل، ارتفعت إيرادات قطاع الحراسات الأمنية بنسبة 16%، وقطاع النقل البري بنسبة 8%.

نتائج الأعمال نصف السنوية

وخلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، ارتفعت إيرادات باتك بنسبة 2.5% إلى نحو 71.79 مليون دولار (269.20 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ69.98 مليون دولار (262.51 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من عام 2025.

وارتفع صافي ربح الشركة في النصف الأول من العام الحالي بنسبة 14.6% إلى نحو 4.56 مليون دولار (17.12 مليون ريال)، مقابل 3.98 مليون دولار (14.93 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام الماضي.
