أرباح شركات المحروقات في المغرب مستمرة رغم تراجع المبيعات

كشف تقرير حديث لمجلس المنافسة في المغرب أن قيمة معاملات تسع شركات كبرى في سوق المحروقات تراجعت بأكثر من 8%، رغم تحقيقها لأرباح صافية تجاوزت 2.16 مليار درهم خلال عام 2025.

وقال التقرير إن مبيعات الشركات التسع المعنية بلغت حوالي 7.45 مليار لتر من الغازوال والبنزين مع نهاية العام الماضي، مقابل 7.32 مليار لتر في عام 2024، مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعاً بنسبة 1.8%.

ووفق ما كشف عنه التقرير التاسع الصادر عن مجلس المنافسة حول تتبع نشاط الشركات التسع المعنية باتفاقات التصالح المبرمة مع المجلس، فإن رقم المعاملات الإجمالي لنشاط المحروقات لدى الشركات التسع بلغ 70.4 مليار درهم خلال عام 2025، مقابل 77.3 مليار درهم في عام 2024، أي بانخفاض قدره 8.9%، وفقاً لموقع “العمق” المغربي.

كما تراجع الربح الصافي المجمع من 2.3 مليار درهم إلى 2.16 مليار درهم، بنسبة انخفاض بلغت 6.1%، ما مكن هذه الشركات من الحفاظ على هامش ربح صاف مستقر في حدود 3%.

وأشار التقرير إلى أن عدد الشركات المرخص لها باستيراد المنتجات البترولية السائلة ارتفع من 31 شركة مع نهاية 2024 إلى 35 شركة مع نهاية 2025، كما سجلت واردات الغازوال والبنزين خلال 2025 نمواً من حيث الحجم، حيث بلغت نحو 6.9 مليون طن مقابل 6.5 مليون طن في 2024 بزيادة قدرها 6.7%، غير أن القيمة الإجمالية لهذه الواردات تراجعت من 51.82 مليار درهم إلى 47.1 مليار درهم مسجلة انخفاضاً بنسبة 9.1%، نتيجة تراجع الأسعار في الأسواق الدولية.

وقال التقرير إن الشركات التسع المشمولة بالتتبع استحوذت على نحو 81.7% من إجمالي واردات السوق المغربية خلال عام 2025، مقابل 84.4% في عام 2024، بينما ارتفعت حصة باقي الشركات من 15.6% إلى 18.3%، حيث اعتبر مجلس المنافسة أن هذا التطور يعكس إعادة تشكيل تدريجية لخريطة السوق على مستوى الاستيراد نتيجة دخول شركات جديدة وتعزيز حضور فاعلين آخرين غير مشمولين بالتقرير.
