أرباح “صناعات البناء” تقفز 463.2% في الربع الثاني إلى 11.83 مليون دولار

تضاعفت أرباح شركة صناعات البناء المتقدمة “صناعات” بنسبة 463.2% في الربع الثاني من عام 2026، وبلغت 11.83 مليون دولار (44.37 مليون ريال)، مقابل 2.1 مليون دولار (7.88 مليون ريال) في الربع الموازي من العام الماضي.

وعلى أساس فصلي ارتفعت أرباح الشركة في الربع الثاني بنسبة 352.5% مقارنة بأرباحها البالغة 2.61 مليون دولار (9.81 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من العام الحالي.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء إن الإيرادات خلال الربع الثاني من العام الحالي بلغت 378.33 مليون دولار (1.419 مليار ريال)، بانخفاض 2.7% على أساس سنوي، مقارنة بـ 388.9 مليون دولار (1.458 مليار ريال).

وأرجعت الشركة نمو الأرباح الفصلية على أساس سنوي إلى ارتفاع إجمالي الربح في قطاعي الحديد والعزل، وزيادة الدخل التشغيلي في القطاعين، إلى جانب ارتفاع حصة الشركة من نتائج الشركات الزميلة والمشاريع المشتركة، وزيادة الإيرادات الأخرى.

وخلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، سجلت الشركة إيرادات قدرها 737.7 مليون دولار (2.766 مليار ريال)، بانخفاض 7.1% مقارنة بـ 794.32 مليون دولار (2.979 مليار ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

وارتفع صافي الربح في النصف الأول من العام الحالي بنسبة 45.7% إلى 14.45 مليون دولار (54.18 مليون ريال)، مقابل 9.92 مليون دولار (37.20 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام الماضي.

وأوضحت الشركة أن نمو الأرباح خلال النصف الأول جاء بشكل رئيسي من ارتفاع إجمالي الربح والدخل التشغيلي في قطاعي الحديد والعزل، وانخفاض مخصص الخسائر الائتمانية المتوقعة، وارتفاع حصة الشركة من نتائج الشركات الزميلة والمشاريع المشتركة، إلى جانب نمو الإيرادات الأخرى، وهو ما عوض أثر انخفاض إيرادات قطاع الإنشاءات.
