أرسنال يعلن غياب ساليبا فترة طويلة للإصابة

تعرض نادي أرسنال، حامل لقب الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز لصدمة قوية، بعد تأكد غياب مدافعه الفرنسي ويليام ساليبا لفترة طويلة جراء إصابة في الظهر.

ولعب المدافع، البالغ من العمر 25 عاماً، وهو يعاني من مشكلة في الظهر خلال مشوار فرنسا إلى الدور قبل النهائي لكأس العالم، ورغم أنه لن يحتاج إلى عملية جراحية، لكنه سيغيب لفترة طويلة عن الملاعب.

وذكر أرسنال في بيان: أكدت الفحوصات الطبية عقب عودة ويليام إلى لندن هذا الأسبوع أنه يعاني من إصابة في الظهر تتطلب فترة من التأهيل، مع عدم وجود ضرورة لخضوعه لجراحة.

وأضاف البيان: تبدأ عملية تأهيل ويليام على الفور ومن المتوقع أن يغيب عن الملاعب لفترة طويلة.

وعانى ساليبا من المشكلة ذاتها طوال رحلة تتويج أرسنال بلقب الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز الموسم الماضي، وصمم على الاستمرار مع منتخب بلاده في كأس العالم، ولكنه لم يشارك في مباراة تحديد المركز الثالث عقب الخسارة أمام إسبانيا في المربع الذهبي.
