أزمة الهجرة في سبتة: منيب تحمل الحكومة مسؤولية التهميش الاجتماعي(فيديو)

تتصاعد حدة الجدل حول ملف الأحداث الأخيرة المسجلة بحدود سبتة المحتلة، حيث قدمت البرلمانية نبيلة منيب، عن الحزب الاشتراكي الموحد، تحليلا نقديا حادا للأوضاع الاجتماعية التي سبقت تلك الأحداث واصفة إياها بأنها تسائل الجميع.

وقالت منيب، خلال حديثها لـ »اليوم24″ على هامش فعاليات الندوة المنظمة من طرف الفرع المحلي للحزب بجماعة الدراركة إقليم أكادير إدوتنان، إن الأوضاع الاجتماعية المتردية، واتساع رقعة الفقر في صفوف الأسر، والتباينات الاجتماعية والمجالية، تعد المحرك الأساسي لهذه الهجرة.

وأشارت منيب إلى أن سياسات الدولة في توزيع الموارد في الجهات أدت إلى تهميش مناطق واسعة، خاصة في مدن الشمال.

وتطرقت النائبة إلى وجود ملايين من الشباب الذين يعانون من البطالة ولا يتلقون أي تكوين أو تعليم، مما يجعلهم غير مواكبين للمهن والمهارات التي يمكن أن تفتح لهم آفاقا جديدة في المستقبل.

واعتبرت منيب أن الاتحاد الأوربي استغل المغرب ليكون دركيا لحماية حدوده، محذرة من أن الشباب المغربي المهاجر أصبح ينظر إليه كقنبلة موقوتة في يد أطراف خارجية تستخدمه كوسيلة للضغط على إسبانيا، وهو ما ظهر وفق تعبيرها في التعامل مع ملف أحداث سبتة.

ولم تفوت المتحدثة الفرصة لتنتقد بشدة ما وصفته بالموقف الرسمي الذي يفتقر إلى الاهتمام بالضحايا، مؤكدة على غياب أي مبادرات جدية من الحكومة المغربية لتعزية الأسر أو استرجاع جثامين الغرقى في ظل غياب الحداد الرسمي.

ودعت نبيلة منيب إلى ضرورة تجاوز السياسات العقيمة التي لا تستجيب لتطلعات المواطنين، مؤكدة على أن الحل يكمن في تنظيم انتخابات حرة ونزيهة، وبناء دولة الحق والقانون التي تعزز مجتمع العلم والمعرفة، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتشغيل والتنمية في المناطق المهمشة.

وحذرت منيب في ختام كلمتها من أن استمرار هذا الشرخ الاجتماعي والاحتكار الاقتصادي قد يؤدي إلى نتائج وخيمة، مما يحتم على الجميع تحمل مسؤولياتهم لضمان استقرار البلاد ومستقبل الأجيال القادمة.
