أستاذ في العلاقات الدولية: قمة “روسيا- أفريقيا” رسالة لرفض إملاءات الغرب

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تمثل القمة الروسية الأفريقية الثالثة في موسكو رسالة واضحة لرفض الإملاءات الغربية على القارة الأفريقية.
تعد مشاركة 48 دولة من أصل 55 في الاتحاد الأفريقي تأكيداً على تأمين مصالح هذه الدول بعيداً عن رغبات واشنطن أو الناتو.
تعزز القمة أطروحة العالم متعدد الأقطاب وتطرح موسكو كقوة تقود التغيير وتنافس على النفوذ في غرب أفريقيا.
ترى أفريقيا في الدعم الروسي والصيني وسيلة لتحقيق تمثيل دولي أوسع وتوسيع مجلس الأمن.

رأى أستاذ العلاقات الدولية في الجامعة اللبنانية، الدكتور علي ناصر، في تعليقه على انطلاق القمة الروسية الأفريقية الثالثة في موسكو والاتفاقيات التي ستعقد خلالها، أن قمة “روسيا- أفريقيا” رسالة لرفض إملاءات الغرب.
