ارتفع سهم شركة بي إي سيميكوندكتور إندستريز الهولندية بأكثر من عشرة في المئة ليتجاوز 160 يورو للسهم الواحد.
أعلنت شركة أبلايد ماتيريالز عن رفع حصتها في شركة بيزي إلى نحو 20 في المئة كاستثمار طويل الأجل.
تستهدف أبلايد تعزيز تعاونها الاستراتيجي مع بيزي في تقنيات الربط الهجين ومعالجات ذكاء اصطناعي عالية الكفاءة.
تجنب أبلايد الاستحواذ الكامل عبر التوقف عند 20 في المئة لتفادي قواعد الاستحواذ الهولندية والقيود الصينية.

قفزت أسهم شركة “Besi” الهولندية لمعدات الرقائق الثلاثاء بعد أن أعلنت منافستها الأميركية “Applied Materials” عزمها رفع حصتها إلى نحو 20 في المئة من نحو تسعة، مما يعزز شراكتهما في تقنيات تصنيع عتاد الذكاء الاصطناعي.
