أسيوط تطلق رابط إلكتروني تفاعلي لتلقي شكاوى المواطنين بشأن حالة الطرق وسرعة التعامل معها

أطلقت محافظة أسيوط رابطاً إلكترونياً تفاعلياً يتيح للمواطنين الإبلاغ عن مشكلات الطرق وتوثيقها بالصور.
يستهدف الرابط رصد التعديات على حرم الطريق وسوء حالة الأسفلت والمعوقات التي تؤثر على السيولة المرورية.
يتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع بالتعاون مع برنامج المساحة والخرائط ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية بكلية الآداب بجامعة أسيوط.
تساعد هذه الأداة الرقمية الأجهزة التنفيذية في تحديد أولويات العمل ومعالجة المشكلات بسرعة لتحسين كفاءة الطرق.

وجه اللواء محمد علوان، محافظ أسيوط، بتعزيز الاستفادة من أدوات التحول الرقمي في تطوير الخدمات المحلية، وتيسير تواصل المواطنين مع الأجهزة التنفيذية، من خلال إطلاق قنوات إلكترونية تتيح رصد مشكلات الطرق والإبلاغ عنها بسهولة، بما يدعم سرعة تحديد مواقع المشكلات وتوجيه جهود المعالجة وفقًا للأولويات والاحتياجات الفعلية، في إطار خطة المحافظة للارتقاء بشبكات الطرق المحلية.
