“أصول وبخيت” تقلص خسائرها نصف السنوية بنسبة 69.5%

تراجع صافي خسائر شركة أصول وبخيت الاستثمارية بنسبة 69.5% خلال النصف الأول من 2026، لتبلغ 4.05 مليون دولار (15.2 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بخسائر قدرها 13.3 مليون دولار (49.8 مليون ريال) خلال الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن تحسن النتائج يعود بشكل رئيسي إلى ارتفاع صافي الإيرادات من العمليات بنحو 7.6 مليون دولار (28.5 مليون ريال)، مدعوماً بانخفاض خسائر تقييم الأصول المالية بالقيمة العادلة من خلال الربح أو الخسارة بنحو 5.5 مليون دولار (20.5 مليون ريال)، إضافة إلى ارتفاع رسوم إدارة الصناديق بنحو 1.0 مليون دولار ( 3.8 مليون ريال ) مع بدء تشغيل وإدارة صناديق جديدة.

كما ارتفعت إيرادات خدمات إدارة موارد الشركة التابعة بنحو 0.9 مليون دولار ( 3.2 مليون ريال)، إلى جانب زيادة رسوم إدارة العمليات والحفظ الأمين بنحو 0.2 مليون دولار ( 0.9 مليون ريال).

وساهم كذلك عدم تكرار مصروف التعويضات على أساس الأسهم البالغ 3.4 مليون دولار (12.6 مليون ريال) والمسجل خلال الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، في تقليص صافي الخسائر.

وبلغت الخسائر المتراكمة للشركة 7.4 مليون دولار (27.9 مليون ريال) بما يعادل نسبة 34.39% من رأس المال بنهاية يونيو 2026.
