أعضاء هيئة التدريس يرفضون الزيادات الجديدة ويرفعون راية العصيان: الزيادة غير مقنعة

أعرب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثون عن عدم رضاهم عن الزيادات المالية المعلنة في حوافزهم لعدم تناسبها مع دورهم العلمي والوطني.
انتقد الموقعون ربط استحقاق الحوافز بالموارد الذاتية للمؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية مما يهدد مبدأ العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص.
طالب الموقعون بتشكيل لجنة مشتركة من 13 عضواً لمراجعة القيم المالية للزيادات وضمان تمويلها من مصادر مستقرة وعادلة.
دعا الموقعون أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين للتوقيع على البيان لترجمة التوجيهات الرئاسية إلى إجراءات عادلة ومستدامة.

أصدر عدد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين بالجامعات والمراكز والمعاهد والهيئات البحثية المصرية بيانًا صحفيًا بشأن الزيادات المعلنة في حوافز أعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين، أعربوا خلاله عن عدم رضاهم عن القرارات الصادرة بشأن الحوافز والزيادات المالية، مؤكدين أنها لا تتناسب مع حجم التطلعات التي صاحبت التصريحات والإعلانات السابقة، ولا مع الدور العلمي والوطني الذي يقوم به أعضاء المجتمع الأكاديمي والبحثي.
