ألف سلامة.. تعرف على مميزات تأمين المرض في قانون المعاشات

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • ينص قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات رقم 148 لسنة 2019 على مميزات محددة لتأمين المرض.
  • تتولى الهيئة المعنية علاج المصاب ورعايته طبيا حتى الشفاء أو ثبوت العجز، بما يشمل رعاية الحوامل والوالدات.
  • تستحق المؤمن عليها في حالة الحمل والوضع تعويضاً عن الأجر بنسبة 75% بشرط ألا يقل اشتراكها عن عشرة أشهر.
  • يمنح مريض الأمراض المزمنة تعويضاً عن أجر الاشتراك حتى الشفاء أو استقرار الحالة أو ثبوت العجز الكامل.

نص قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات، الصادر برقم 148 لسنة 2019، على عدة مميزات لتأمين المرض، وذلك على النحو التالى:
