ألمانيا تسجل ارتفاعاً جديداً في تصاريح بناء المساكن خلال مايو

واصل عدد تصاريح بناء المساكن الجديدة في ألمانيا الارتفاع في مايو/أيار الماضي أيضاً، حيث بلغ عدد الوحدات السكنية الجديدة التي حصلت على تصاريح بناء 21 ألف وحدة، بزيادة قدرها 24.7% على أساس سنوي، حسبما أعلن مكتب الإحصاء الاتحادي في فيسبادن اليوم الجمعة.

وشملت هذه التصاريح 17 ألفاً و800 مسكن في مبانٍ جديدة، بينما من المقرر إنشاء 3200 وحدة داخل مبانٍ قائمة بالفعل.

كما أظهر الاتجاه خلال الشهور الأولى من العام الجاري ارتفاعاً بعد عام سابق ضعيف للغاية؛ فمنذ يناير/كانون الثاني حتى مايو/أيار الماضي تم بالفعل إصدار تصاريح لبناء 104 آلاف و700 مسكن في جميع أنحاء ألمانيا داخل مبانٍ جديدة وقائمة. ويمثل ذلك زيادة بنسبة 15.4% على أساس سنوي.

ورغم أن تصاريح البناء تعد مؤشراً مبكراً على نشاط البناء، فإن عدد المساكن التي تم الانتهاء منها فعلياً في ألمانيا تراجع مؤخراً إلى مستوى منخفض للغاية، إذ بلغ عدد الوحدات الجاهزة للسكن 206 آلاف و600 وحدة في عام 2025، بانخفاض قدره 18.0% مقارنة بعام 2024، وهو أدنى مستوى منذ عام 2012.

وتعتزم الحكومة الألمانية تحفيز بناء المساكن من خلال “تسريع البناء” عبر إجراءات موافقات أسرع، كما أعادت تفعيل برامج دعم البناء الموفر للطاقة.
