  • تستكمل الدائرة الأولى إرهاب محاكمة 3 متهمين في القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بخلية 15 مايو.
  • اتهمت النيابة العامة المتهمين بالانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية لتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقانون والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية.
  • وجهت النيابة العامة للمتهمين اتهامات بتمويل الإرهاب وإمداد الجماعة بأموال لاستخدامها في ارتكاب عمليات إرهابية.

تستكمل الدائرة الأولى إرهاب، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، اليوم الاثنين، محاكمة 3 متهمين في القضية رقم 3014 لسنة 2026 جنايات 15 مايو، والمعروفة إعلاميًا بـ «خلية 15 مايو». اتهامات المتهمين في القضية وكشف أمر الإحالة أن المتهمين، خلال الفترة من عام 2024 وحتى 28 يونيو 2025، انضموا إلى جماعة إرهابية، كان الغرض منها الدعوة.
