أمين الفتوى يوضح حكم تأخير الصلاة بسبب المواصلات (فيديو)

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أوضح أمين الفتوى أن الأصل هو انتظار الوصول للمكان المقصود لأداء الصلاة مستوفية أركانها وشروطها ما لم يخرج الوقت.
  • أجاز الجمع بين الظهر والعصر، وبين المغرب والعشاء، للمسافر أو من يواجه ظروف المواصلات وفق الضوابط الشرعية.
  • أشار إلى جواز أداء صلاة الفجر في المواصلات عند الضرورة مع إعادتها بعد الوصول خروجاً من الخلاف الفقهي.
  • شدد على أهمية التخطيط لمواعيد الصلاة والتنقل لضمان أدائها بشكل صحيح في وقتها المحدد.
