أوغندا.. ماذا وراء اعتقال نائب قائد الجيش السابق؟

أعلن الجيش الأوغندي اعتقال الفريق المتقاعد بيتر إلويلو، نائب قائد قوات الدفاع السابق، بتهمة التورط في أنشطة تخريبية وزعزعة الاستقرار.
ضبطت قوات الأمن بحوزته 15 قطعة سلاح وبزات عسكرية وسيارتي نقل، بينما تضاربت الأنباء حول ما إذا كان قد سلم نفسه طواعية.
سبق اعتقال إلويلو حملة علنية خفضت رتبته العسكرية وأدت إلى اعتقال أكثر من 20 جنديا سابقا خدموا تحت قيادته.
طالبت جمعية المحامين الأوغنديين بالكشف عن الأساس القانوني للاحتجاز ومكان إلويلو وضمان حقوقه القانونية في أسرع وقت.

اعتقل نائب قائد الجيش الأوغندي السابق بيتر إلويلو بتهمة التورط في أنشطة تخريبية، وسط نفي أسرته ومطالب حقوقية بكشف أساس احتجازه وضمان محاكمته العادلة.
