أوكرانيا تبحث عن مسارات بديلة لتصدير الحبوب بعد تراجع الشحنات 76%

أعلنت الشركة الحكومية المشغلة للسكك الحديدية في أوكرانيا اليوم الخميس أن البلاد تعتزم زيادة شحن الحبوب عبر نهر الدانوب ودول مجاورة في شرق أوروبا، بعد أن تسبب حصار روسي على موانئ رئيسية على البحر الأسود في تراجع الصادرات بنسبة 76% على أساس سنوي حتى الآن في أغسطس/آب.

وذكرت الشركة، المعروفة باسم “أوكرزاليزنيتسيا”، أن شحنات الحبوب المخصصة للتصدير بلغت حوالي 201700 طن إجمالاً حتى الآن هذا الشهر.

وأضافت في تقرير “وتيرة شحنات التصدير منخفضة للغاية بسبب الحصار المفروض على الموانئ البحرية”.

وأدت الهجمات الروسية على موانئ أوكرانيا المطلة على البحر الأسود ومحطات التصدير والسفن إلى توقف الشحنات فعلياً منذ نهاية الشهر الماضي.

وقالت “أوكرزاليزنيتسيا” إن البضائع المخصصة للتصدير يتغير مسارها إلى موانئ نهر الدانوب ومعابر تعتمد على السكك الحديدية مع بولندا والمجر وسلوفاكيا ورومانيا.

وارتفعت كمية الشحنات المتجهة إلى موانئ نهر الدانوب منذ بداية أغسطس/آب إلى 91100 طن، أي ما يعادل 11 مثل مستواها في يوليو/تموز، وزادت الكميات المرسلة إلى دول في شرق أوروبا بنسبة 81% لتصل إلى 126 ألف طن.
