  • نجحت سامية جمال في الانتقال من برنامج تكافل وكرامة إلى العمل بإنتاج الملابس في مصنع بالفيوم عام 2023.
  • وفرت وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي فرص عمل حقيقية للأسر الأولى بالرعاية لتحقيق الاستقلال المادي وتحسين مستوى المعيشة.
  • تجاوزت سامية تحديات العمل والمهارات الفنية وتوفير رعاية لأطفالها لتصبح عاملة ماهرة تنتج أكثر من 200 قطعة في الساعة.
  • أدى التحول للعمل إلى توفير دخل أفضل وتأمين صحي واجتماعي لأسرتها وتحسين مستوى الغذاء والملبس والتعليم لأبنائها.
