أيام الأربعاء والخميس والجمعة المقبلة عطلة مدفوعة الأجر

أعلنت وزارة العمل والتشغيل والضمان الاجتماعي والمديرية العامة للوظيفة العمومية والإصلاح الإداري، أن أيام الأربعاء والخميس والجمعة المقبلة، ستكون عطلة مدفوعة الأجر.

وحسب ما أورده اليوم الأحد، بيان مشترك لذات الهيئتين، فإنه “بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك. وطبقا لأحكام القانون رقم 63-278 المؤرخ في 26 يوليو 1963. المتضمن قائمة الأعياد القانونية المعدل والمتمم. فإن أيام الأربعاء العاشر والخميس الحادي عشر والجمعة الثاني عشر من شهر ذي الحجة عام 1447 هجري. الموافقة لـ 27 و28 و29 ماي 2026. تكون أيام عطلة مدفوعة الأجر لكافة مستخدمي المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية والهيئات والدواوين العمومية والخاصة. وكذا لكل مستخدمي المؤسسات العمومية والخاصة في جميع القطاعات. مهما كان قانونها الأساسي، بما في ذلك المستخدمين باليوم أو بالساعة”.

وأضاف البيان، أنه يتعين على المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية والهيئات والدواوين والمؤسسات المذكورة أعلاه. اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لضمان استمرارية الخدمة في المصالح التي تعمل بنظام التناوب.
