«إتش إس بي سي» يتجه لدمج إدارة أصول «هانغ سنغ» ضمن أعماله الاستثمارية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يعتزم بنك إتش إس بي سي دمج وحدة إدارة أصول بنك هانغ سنغ ضمن أعماله الاستثمارية.
  • تأتي هذه الخطوة بعد استحواذ البنك البريطاني على كامل أسهم المقرض في هونغ كونغ في صفقة بلغت قيمتها 13.6 مليار دولار.
  • تضم عملية الدمج أصولاً تبلغ قيمتها 50 مليار دولار إلى أصول إتش إس بي سي لإدارة الأصول البالغة 876 مليار دولار.
  • تمثل هذه الخطوة أولى خطوات تكامل الأعمال بين البنكين رغم التعهدات السابقة بالحفاظ على العلامتين التجاريتين مستقلتين.

يعتزم بنك إتش إس بي سي دمج وحدة إدارة الأصول التابعة لبنك هانغ سنغ في أعماله لإدارة الصناديق الاستثمارية.
