إحالة تيباس رئيس رابطة الليجا للمحكمة بعد تصريحاته عن ريال مدريد

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

قرر المجلس الأعلى للرياضة الإسباني إحالة رئيس رابطة الليغا خافيير تيباس إلى المحكمة الإدارية الرياضية.
جاءت الإحالة بعد منشور لتيباس انتقد فيه أساليب التواصل بنادي ريال مدريد واستحضر فيه اسم جوزيف جوبلز.
ستقوم المحكمة بتقييم ما إذا كانت تصريحات تيباس تتضمن مخالفة للقواعد المنظمة للسلوك داخل الوسط الرياضي.
تستند الإحالة إلى المادة 76 من قانون الرياضة الإسباني رقم 10/1990 المتعلقة بالتصرفات التي تمس الكرامة أو الوقار الرياضي.

تصاعد الخلاف بين خافيير تيباس ونادي ريال مدريد، عقب منشور لرئيس رابطة الليجا استحضر فيه اسم جوزيف جوبلز، وزير الدعاية في ألمانيا النازية.
