“إدارات للاتصالات” تصدر أمر شراء لمعدات حوسبة سحابية بـ34 مليون دولار

أصدرت شركة إدارات للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات «إدارات» بتاريخ 16 سبتمبر الحالي أمر شراء لمعدات البنية التحتية للحوسبة السحابية والحوسبة المعتمدة على وحدات معالجة الرسومات (GPU)، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 34.01 مليون دولار (127.54 مليون ريال)، وذلك دون ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء، أن أمر الشراء صدر بتاريخ 16 سبتمبر 2026م، ضمن الخطة الاستراتيجية التي أقرها مجلس الإدارة للتوسع في منظومة EdaratCloud Stack، وتعزيز قدرات الشركة في مجال الحوسبة المعتمدة على وحدات معالجة الرسومات والبنية التحتية للحوسبة السحابية.

وتتضمن الصفقة توريد وتشغيل نطاق الأعمال على خمس مراحل خلال الأشهر الستة المقبلة، حيث تمثل “إدارات” الطرف المشتري، فيما تعد شركة عقلانيات للتقنية المحدودة المورّد.

وسيتم تمويل عملية الشراء من خلال ترتيبات تمويلية مع المورد وتسهيلات تمويل بنكية، وذلك وفقاً للخطة الاستثمارية المعتمدة للشركة.

وأشارت إلى أنه سيتم إثبات قيمة الأصول الرأسمالية الناتجة عن الصفقة في القوائم المالية للشركة خلال الربع الرابع من عام 2026م والربع الأول من عام 2027م، على أن يتم احتساب الإهلاك على مدى خمس سنوات وفقاً للسياسات المحاسبية المتبعة لدى الشركة.
