اقترح تقرير مشترك إنشاء آلية تمويل متكاملة لقطاع التعليم وتكنولوجيا التعليم في مصر بقيمة 2.7 مليار جنيه.
يخصص المقترح 500 مليون جنيه للاستثمار في الشركات الناشئة، وملياري جنيه لتمويل شراء الخدمات التعليمية، و200 مليون جنيه كمنح للبرامج الدولية.
يهدف المقترح إلى معالجة تحديات جودة التعليم، وفجوة المهارات في سوق العمل، وضعف الثقة في جودة البرامج الرقمية.
تتضمن التوصيات إنشاء هيئة وطنية مستقلة لجودة التعلم الرقمي، وتأسيس مرصد وطني لبيانات التعليم وتكنولوجيا التعليم.
