إذا تحول العجز الجزئي إلى كلي.. كيف يعالج مشروع القانون الجديد أزمة التعويضات؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يتضمن مشروع القانون تعديلات لتنظيم صرف التعويضات في حالات تحول العجز الجزئي إلى عجز كلي مستديم أو الوفاة.
يهدف التعديل إلى معالجة مشكلات التطبيق العملي للقانون رقم 16 لسنة 2018 وإعادة النظر في القيود الزمنية.
يحدد المشروع الجهات المختصة بإثبات نوع العضر وسببه ونسبته من المجالس الطبية العسكرية أو الشرطية أو مصلحة الطب الشرعي.
أحيل مشروع القانون إلى لجان مشتركة بمجلس النواب لدراسته بعد تقديمه من الحكومة.

يتضمن مشروع القانون المقدم من الحكومة بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون إنشاء صندوق تكريم شهداء وضحايا ومفقودي ومصابي العمليات الحربية والإرهابية والأمنية وأسرهم، تعديلات تتعلق بتنظيم صرف التعويضات
