أعلنت شركة إس تي إم للاستثمار طرح المرحلة الثانية من مشروع نايا السكني بمدينة كيان سيتي بعد تحقيق مبيعات بقيمة 16 مليار جنيه.
تستهدف مدينة كيان سيتي تقديم نموذج عمراني متكامل يجمع بين الأنشطة السكنية والتجارية والإدارية والتعليمية والصحية والرياضية والترفيهية والفندقية.
تضم المرحلة الأولى من المخطط التنموي للمدينة نحو 40 ألف وحدة سكنية متنوعة وتستهدف استيعاب نحو 250 ألف نسمة.
تتضمن المدينة مرافق تعليمية وصحية وتجارية متنوعة تشمل مدارس وجامعة ومستشفيات ومولات تجارية وفنادق.

حمدي أحمد_ حققت شركة إس تي إم للاستثمار مبيعات بقيمة 16 مليار جنيه من طرح المرحلة الأولى لمشروع نايا السكني داخل مدينة كيان سيتي شرق القاهرة.
