إطلاق منصة إلكترونية ستمهد لاستفادة الصحفيين والناشرين من مستحقات حقوق المؤلف

ينتظر أن يشرع المكتب المغربي لحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة لإطلاق بوابة إلكترونية جديدة، ابتداء من فاتح غشت 2026، تتيح للصحفيين المهنيين العاملين في مجال الصحافة الورقية وناشري الصحف الانخراط في نظام تدبير مستحقات النسخ التصويري، إلى جانب التصريح بالمقالات الصحفية المنشورة ورقيا، وذلك عبر المنصة الإلكترونية: www.bmdav-repro.ma.

وأوضح المكتب، في بلاغ له، أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار تفعيل آلية تدبير وتوزيع مستحقات النسخ التصويري، حيث تم اعتماد برنامج زمني يمتد على ثلاث مراحل، يهدف إلى تنظيم عملية التصريح بالمقالات حسب سنوات النشر، بما يضمن معالجة الملفات وتوزيع المستحقات الخاصة بكل سنة بشكل مستقل.

ووفق الجدولة التي كشف عنها المكتب، ستستقبل المنصة، خلال الفترة الممتدة من فاتح غشت إلى 31 دجنبر 2026، التصريحات المتعلقة بالمقالات المنشورة سنة 2024. أما المقالات المنشورة خلال سنة 2025، فسيتم التصريح بها بين فاتح يناير و30 يونيو 2027، بينما ينطلق التصريح بالمقالات الخاصة بسنة 2026 ابتداء من فاتح يوليوز 2027.

ودعا المكتب جميع الصحفيين المهنيين وناشري الصحف إلى احترام هذه المواعيد الزمنية، والولوج إلى المنصة من أجل استكمال إجراءات الانخراط والتصريح بالمقالات داخل الآجال المحددة، بما يساهم في إنجاح هذا المشروع وضمان صرف مستحقات النسخ التصويري وفق المساطر المعتمدة.
