إغلاق “مدى مصر” وغرامة قياسية على لينا عطا الله .. قضية ترخيص أم معركة حرية صحافة؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أصدرت المحكمة حكماً بتغريم لينا عطا الله بمبلغ ثلاثة ملايين جنيه وإغلاق موقع مدى مصر ومصادرة ممتلكاته.
تستند السلطات في حكمها إلى تهمة إدارة موقع إلكتروني دون ترخيص ونشر أخبار كاذبة.
أثار الحكم إدانات دولية واسعة من منظمات حقوقية وصحف عالمية اعتبرت القرار ضربة لحرية الصحافة المستقلة.
تعد القضية نقطة جدل حول التوفيق بين متطلبات التنظيم القانوني للإعلام الرقمي وحماية حرية العمل الصحفي.

هل يتعلق الأمر بتطبيق القانون أم بمستقبل الصحافة المستقلة؟ بعد الحكم بإغلاق “مدى مصر” وتغريم لينا عطا الله، انقسمت الآراء بين من يراه تطبيقا للقانون، ومن يعتبره اختبارا جديدا للعلاقة بين السلطة والإعلام المستقل في مصر.
