“إكسترا” توصي بشراء نحو 2.49 مليون سهم خزينة

أوصى مجلس إدارة الشركة المتحدة للإلكترونيات (إكسترا) بتاريخ 3 أغسطس 2026 بشراء ما يصل إلى 2,494,396 سهمًا عاديًا من أسهم الشركة، بغرض الاحتفاظ بها كأسهم خزينة.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء، أن مجلس الإدارة يرى أن سعر سهم الشركة في السوق يتداول بأقل من قيمته العادلة، مشيرة إلى أن عملية الشراء سيتم تمويلها بالكامل من الموارد الذاتية للشركة.

أكدت الشركة أن تنفيذ التوصية يبقى مشروطًا بالحصول على موافقة الجمعية العامة غير العادية، إلى جانب استيفاء متطلبات الملاءة المالية المنصوص عليها في اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام الشركات الخاصة بالشركات المساهمة المدرجة.

وأضافت أن نسبة أسهم الخزينة التي تمتلكها الشركة حاليًا تبلغ 6.88% من إجمالي فئة الأسهم محل الشراء، فيما لن تتمتع الأسهم التي سيتم شراؤها بحقوق التصويت في جمعيات المساهمين طوال فترة احتفاظ الشركة بها كأسهم خزينة.
