“إكسيد” تستحوذ على شركة هندية لتقديم خدمات التعهيد

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

استحوذت شركة إكسيد التابعة للشركة المصرية للاتصالات على شركة هندية كبرى في قطاع التعهيد.
بدأت الشركة عملياتها في مدينة حيدر آباد الهندية حيث يعمل أكثر من 500 موظف.
يهدف هذا التوسع إلى تعزيز حضور إكسيد في صناعة خدمات التعهيد العالمية وتوسيع نطاق خدماتها للعملاء الدوليين.
يأتي هذا التحرك الاستراتيجي ضمن خطط الشركة للنمو الدولي والاستفادة من البنية التشغيلية في السوق الهندية.

كشفت إكسيد عن الاستحواذ على احدى الشركات الهندية الكبرى فى قطاع التعهيد وذلك في منتصف العام الحالي، لتبدأ مرحلة جديدة من التوسع في السوق الهندية وذلك ضمن خططها لتعزيز حضورها في صناعة خدمات التعهيد.
