إلغاء شرط السنة لصرف التعويضات.. تفاصيل مشروع قانون جديد لتعديل قانون صندوق تكريم الشهداء

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يتضمن مشروع قانون جديد إلغاء القيد الزمني لمدة سنة لصرف التعويضات في حالات تطور الإصابة إلى عجز كلي أو الوفاة.
  • يقرر المشروع إعفاء الخدمات والمستندات الصادرة من المنشآت الطبية الحكومية والمستشفيات الجامعية من الضريبة.
  • ينص القانون على حرمان المحكوم عليهم نهائيا في جرائم إرهابية من الحقوق المقررة في صندوق تكريم الشهداء.
