“إم آي إس” ترسي مشروعاً بـ 52.7 مليون دولار على “إدارات للاتصالات”

تلقت شركة إدارات للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات (إدارات) بتاريخ 8 سبتمبر الحالي خطاب ترسية من شركة المعمر لأنظمة المعلومات (إم آي إس) لتقديم خدمات التصميم والإشراف على الإنشاء والاختبار والتشغيل لمشروع مركز بيانات للذكاء الاصطناعي بسعة إجمالية مخططة تبلغ 200 ميغاواط.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء أن قيمة العقد تبلغ 52.7 مليون دولار (197.8 مليون ريال)، شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

وستكون إدارات مسؤولة عن تصميم المشروع، وتقديم خدمات الإشراف على أعمال الإنشاء، إضافة إلى الاختبار والتشغيل لمركز البيانات المخصص للذكاء الاصطناعي.

وأشارت “إدارات” إلى أن شركة المعمر لأنظمة المعلومات (MIS) تعد طرفاً ذا علاقة.
