إندونيسيا تشدد الرقابة على سوق الأسهم بعد موجة بيع حادة بسبب تحذير “إم إس سي آي”

أعلنت إندونيسيا إجراءات جديدة لتشديد الرقابة على سوق الأسهم ومكافحة التلاعب بالأسعار لتعزيز الشفافية واستعادة ثقة المستثمرين.
تتضمن الإجراءات توسيع عضوية اللجنة المعنية بتحديد الأسهم ذات الملكية المركزة لتشمل أطرافا مستقلة وأكاديميين.
ستقوم البورصة بفتح تحقيقات وتجميد حسابات المستثمرين المشتبه في تورطهم في تداول منسق يستهدف التلاعب بالأسعار بدءا من نوفمبر المقبل.
أعلنت السلطات تمديد سياسة تسمح للشركات بإعادة شراء أسهمها حتى يونيو 2027 مع الالتزام بقواعد محددة لنسبة الأسهم حرة التداول.
