إنهاء تكليف العضو المنتدب لـ”تبوك الزراعية”

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة تبوك للتنمية الزراعية على طلب عضو مجلس الإدارة عبد الله حمود فلاح الصالحي إنهاء تكليفه بمهام العضو المنتدب، والاكتفاء باستمراره عضواً في مجلس الإدارة، مع تغيير صفته من عضو تنفيذي إلى عضو مستقل، وذلك اعتباراً من 6 سبتمبر 2026.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن طلب الصالحي جاء نظراً لعدم تفرغه خلال الفترة المقبلة، وفي إطار توجه الشركة نحو ترشيد التكاليف المرتبطة بتعدد المناصب التنفيذية، وذلك بعد استلام الرئيس التنفيذي الجديد مهامه كافة.

وكان مجلس الإدارة قد قرر في نوفمبر 2025 تعيين الصالحي عضواً منتدباً وتكليفه بمهام العضو المنتدب، مع تعديل صفته في مجلس الإدارة من عضو إلى عضو تنفيذي.

وأكدت الشركة أن الصالحي سيواصل عضويته في مجلس الإدارة حتى نهاية الدورة الحالية للمجلس.
