انتقد الصحفي والإعلامي الروسي، فلاديمير سولوفيوف، الدول الغربية التي تقوم بتجاهل الهجمات التي تستهدف المدنيين، مؤكدا أن الصمت الغربي تجاه الهجمات التي أوقعت ضحايا مدنيين يكشف عن ازدواجية المعايير في التعاطي مع قضايا حقوق الإنسان والنزاعات المسلحة.
