إيجارك كام في 2027؟.. طريقة حساب الزيادة الثانية للإيجار القديم بالأرقام

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • تُطبق الزيادة السنوية الثانية على وحدات الإيجار القديم في سبتمبر 2027 بنسبة 15%.
  • تُحسب الزيادة على القيمة الإيجارية الحالية بعد إضافة الزيادة الأولى وليس على الأجرة الأصلية.
  • تُطبق الزيادة السنوية بنسبة 15% على الوحدات السكنية وغير السكنية وفقا للقانون رقم 164 لسنة 2025.
  • تتغير قيمة الإيجار تدريجيا خلال الفترة الانتقالية المحددة بسبع سنوات للوحدات السكنية وخمس سنوات للوحدات غير السكنية.

بعد تطبيق أول زيادة سنوية بنسبة 15% على وحدات الإيجار القديم في سبتمبر 2026، وفقًا لأحكام القانون رقم 164 لسنة 2025، تتجه الأنظار إلى الزيادة الثانية المقرر تطبيقها في سبتمبر 2027، والتي ستُحسب
