“إير بي إن بي” تحظر على المضيفين إلزام النزلاء بغسل الأطباق وإخراج القمامة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

منعت منصة إير بي إن بي المضيفين من إلزام النزلاء بمهام شاقة مثل غسل الأطباق أو إخراج القمامة.
تطبق القواعد الجديدة على جميع الحجوزات اعتباراً من 20 نوفمبر المقبل.
يُسمح للمضيفين فقط بطلب مهام بسيطة مثل وضع الأطباق في حوض الجلي أو فصل النفايات.
منعت المنصة المضيفين من فرض غرامات مالية على الضيوف واستبدلت ذلك بنظام التأمين الخاص بها.

أعلنت منصة الإيجارات القصيرة الأجل “إير بي إن بي” الأمريكية عن مراجعة لقواعد المضيفين، بهدف تبسيط تجربة النزلاء والحد من المهام التي يطلب منهم إنجازها قبل مغادرة أماكن الإقامة.
