“إيغل هيلز” تستهدف أثرياء الخليج بمشروع عقاري في المالديف

“إيغل هيلز” تستهدف أثرياء الخليج بمشروع عقاري في المالديف

تعتزم شركة “إيغل هيلز” الإماراتية، ومقرها أبوظبي، تطوير مشروع عقاري متعدد الاستخدامات في جزر المالديف باستثمارات قد تصل إلى 12 مليار دولار.

وقال محمد العبار، رئيس الشركة ورئيس مجلس إدارة “إعمار العقارية”، إن المشروع سيقام على جزيرة تبلغ مساحتها نحو 5.2 مليون متر مربع، وتقع على بعد نحو 20 دقيقة من العاصمة ماليه.

وأوضح العبار أن المشروع سيضم آلاف الوحدات السكنية إلى جانب الفنادق والمنتجعات والمحال التجارية، مشيراً إلى أنه سيُطوَّر عبر خمس مناطق رئيسية وبوتيرة تتناسب مع حجم الطلب في السوق.

وأضاف أن “إعمار العقارية” قد تشارك في تنفيذ المشروع، الذي يستهدف جذب المشترين والمستثمرين من دول الخليج وأوروبا والهند، مع التركيز بصورة خاصة على شريحة الأثرياء المتقاعدين الباحثين عن وجهات سكنية وسياحية فاخرة.
