إيقاف تداول أسهم “أرماح الرياضية” لاستكمال إجراءات الانتقال إلى السوق الرئيسية

أعلنت “تداول السعودية” عن إيقاف تداول سهم شركة أرماح الرياضية ابتداءً من يوم الثلاثاء بتاريخ 25 أغسطس الحالي لمدة لا تزيد على خمس جلسات تداول لاستكمال إجراءات الانتقال إلى السوق الرئيسية.

وأشارت “تداول” في بيان على منصتها اليوم الاثنين إلى أنها ستعلن عن تاريخ إدراج وبدء تداول أسهم المصدر في السوق الرئيسية فور اكتمال الإجراءات.

وكانت “تداول السعودية” قد أعلنت بتاريخ 9 أغسطس الحالي عن الموافقة على طلب شركة أرماح الرياضية الانتقال من نمو – السوق الموازية إلى السوق الرئيسية، وإتاحة مستند الانتقال للجمهور.

وارتفع صافي أرباح شركة أرماح الرياضية بنسبة 48.2% خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026 إلى نحو 3.36 مليون دولار (12.6 مليون ريال)، مقارنة مع نحو 2.27 مليون دولار (8.5 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من عام 2025.
