إيه كابيتال تحصل على موافقة الرقابة المالية لتحويل دلمار إلى صندوق استثمار عقاري

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

حصلت شركة إيه كابيتال القابضة على موافقة الرقابة المالية لتحويل شركة دلمار للتنمية السياحية إلى صندوق استثمار عقاري.
تأتي هذه الموافقة تمهيداً لاستكمال إجراءات تحول الشركة التابعة لمزاولة نشاط صندوق استثمار عقاري وفقاً لقانون سوق رأس المال.
وافق مجلس إدارة إيه كابيتال القابضة مبدئياً في يوليو الماضي على إجراءات خروج الشركة التابعة من مظلة القانون رقم 8 لسنة 1997.

السيد ياسين _ أعلنت شركة إيه كابيتال القابضة، أن الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية أصدرت موافقتها أمس على خروج شركتها التابعة والمملوكة لها بنسبة 99.99% دلمار للتنمية السياحية، من مظلة أحكام القانون رقم 8 لسنة 1997 ولائحته التنفيذية.
