«إي س آر» و«المهيدب» تستهدفان استثمارات بـ5 مليارات دولار في السعودية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • تعتزم مجموعتا إي إس آر والمهيدب استثمار 5 مليارات دولار في قطاعي الصناعة والخدمات اللوجستية بالسعودية خلال السنوات الخمس المقبلة.
  • يهدف المشروع المشترك لتطوير الأصول العقارية الصناعية واللوجستية وامتلاكها وإدارتها في مدن الرياض وجدة والدمام.
  • يبدأ المشروع عملياته التشغيلية في الربع الأول من عام 2027 لتطوير منشآت بمواصفات عالمية تلبي احتياجات الشركات.
  • تجمع الشراكة بين خبرة إي إس آر العالمية في إدارة الأصول وخبرة مجموعة المهيدب في التطوير والتشغيل بالسوق المحلية.

تعتزم مجموعة «إي إس آر» ومجموعة «المهيدب» استثمار ما يصل إلى 5 مليارات دولار في قطاعي الصناعة والخدمات اللوجستية في السعودية خلال السنوات الخمس المقبلة.
