اتحاد الصناعات يكشف تأثير خفض رسوم المجمعة العشرية على تراخيص بناء المصانع

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

ساهم خفض تكلفة المجمعة العشرية من 1400 جنيه إلى 140 جنيه في تسريع إجراءات تراخيص بناء بعض المنشآت.
يساهم تبسيط الإجراءات في تقليل الوقت والتكلفة اللازمة لبدء النشاط الصناعي في السوق المصرية.
تتوفر فرص استثمارية متنوعة في قطاعات الأغذية والأدوية والطاقة والمخازن واللوجيستيات.
تهدف هذه الخطوات إلى تحسين مناخ الاستثمار وتوفير بيئة جاذبة للمستثمرين في مختلف القطاعات.

يمثل تيسير الإجراءات أمام المستثمرين أحد المحاور الرئيسية لتعزيز جاذبية الاستثمار الصناعي، خاصة مع أهمية تقليل الوقت والتكلفة اللازمين لإنهاء التراخيص وبدء النشاط في ظل ما يتمتع به السوق المصرية من قاعدة استهلاكية تصل إلى نحو 120 مليون نسمة وفرص استثمارية متنوعة تمتد إلى قطاعات الأغذية والأدوية والطاقة
