اتحدوا على تنفيذ الجريمة، حيثيات حكم سجن سيدة وعاطلين متهمين بسرقة سائق بالإكراه في حلوان

قضت محكمة جنايات مستأنف القاهرة بتخفيف عقوبة سيدة وعاطلين من 10 سنوات إلى 5 سنوات سجن.
اتهم المتهمون بسرقة سيارة سائق تطبيق نقل إلكتروني بالإكراه وحيازة سلاح أبيض بدائرة قسم شرطة حلوان.
استدرجت المتهمة الأولى المجني عليه عبر تطبيق إلكتروني قبل أن يهاجمه المتهمان الآخران ويطعناه بالأسلحة للاستيلاء على السيارة.
أكدت المحكمة ثبوت التهمة بناءً على شهادة المجني عليه، والتحريات الأمنية، وإقرار المتهمين بارتكاب الواقعة.

أودعت محكمة جنايات مستأنف القاهرة حيثيات حكمها بقبول الاستئناف المقدم من تشكيل عصابي مكون من سيدة وعاطلين، على حكم سجنهم 10 سنوات، وقضت بتخفيف العقوبة إلى السجن 5 سنوات، لاتهامهم ب سرقة سيارة سائق يعمل بأحد تطبيقات النقل الإلكتروني بالإكراه، وحيازة سلاح أبيض، بدائرة قسم شرطة حلوان. وجاء في الحيثيات
