اتفاق سوداني مصري على إعادة تأهيل خزان جبل أولياء خلال (16) شهرًا

الخرطوم 1 أغسطس 2026 – كشفت وزارة الزراعة والري في السودان، السبت، عن اتفاق مع مصر لإعادة تأهيل خزان جبل أولياء جنوب العاصمة الخرطوم خلال 16 شهرًا، على أن يبدأ التأهيل بإنشاء جسر مؤقت. وفي نوفمبر 2023، قال الجيش إن قوات الدعم السريع قصفت جسر خزان جبل أولياء الواقع جنوب الخرطوم مما أدى إلى تدميره، دون أن يطال القصف منشآت الخزان الأخرى. وعقدت اللجنة الفنية المعنية بتقييم الحالة الإنشائية لخزان جبل أولياء وإعادة تأهيله -والتي شُكِّلت من الهيئة الفنية الدائمة المشتركة لمياه النيل بين الخرطوم والقاهرة- اجتماعات مع وزارة الزراعة والري السودانية. وقالت الوزارة، في بيان، إن الاجتماعات خلصت إلى “توقعات بإنشاء جسر مؤقت خلال الأشهر الأربعة الأولى من بدء تنفيذ إعادة تأهيل خزان جبل أولياء لتسهيل حركة المرور، على أن تكتمل أعمال التأهيل خلال 16 شهرًا”. وأشارت إلى أن الاجتماعات ناقشت مخرجات الزيارات الميدانية التي نفذها الوفد الفني، بما في ذلك خطة العمل للمرحلة المقبلة، والتي تشمل الأعمال الاستشارية، وتحديد المواصفات الفنية ونقاط العمل، وإعداد جداول الكميات اللازمة لتنفيذ أعمال تأهيل خزان جبل أولياء. ودعا وكيل وزارة الزراعة والري، ضو البيت عبد الرحمن، إلى الإسراع في أعمال إعادة تأهيل الخزان الذي تعرض للتخريب خلال فترة الحرب، حيث استغلته قوات الدعم السريع معبرًا للآليات الثقيلة وشغّلته بصورة غير مدروسة. وتحدث …
