اتهام الناشط اليميني جيمس أوكيف بانتحال هويات ناخبين أمريكيين والتنكّر بزي مسلمين لاختبار نزاهة الانتخابات

واجه الناشط جيمس أوكيف ومساعده اتهامات جنائية بتهمة سرقة الهوية والتصويت غير القانوني في ولاية مينيسوتا.
استخدم المتهمان أسماء ناخبين حقيقيين وأشخاص متوفين دون إذنهم أثناء تنكرهما بزي إسلامي في مراكز اقتراع.
هدفت العملية إلى اختبار ثغرات نظام التزكية الانتخابية في الولاية عبر تصوير سري وتعديد هويات مزيفة.
يواجه المتهمان عقوبات قد تصل إلى السجن خمس سنوات وغرامة عشرة آلاف دولار لكل تهمة في حال الإدانة.

واشنطن – «القدس العربي»: في مفارقة لافتة، وُجّهت اتهامات جنائية إلى الناشط اليميني الأمريكي جيمس أوكيف وأحد مساعديه، بعد تنكّرهما بملابس تحاكي الزي الإسلامي، واستخدامهما أسماء ناخبين أمريكيين مسجلين من دون إذنهم، خلال عملية تصوير سرية داخل مراكز اقتراع في ولاية مينيسوتا، قالا إنها تهدف إلى كشف ثغرات النظام الانتخابي وإثبات سهولة التلاعب به. وأعلن […]
