احتجاجات فرنسا: فيكتور ولامين وسفيان… روايات مختلفة خلال محاكمة المتهمين بالتخريب والسرقة

واجه متهمون في باريس اتهامات بالعنف ضد الشرطة ومقاومة الاعتقال وإخفاء أغراض مسروقة عقب مظاهرات أكتوبر.
أعلنت السلطات الفرنسية عن وضع 2513 شخصاً في الحبس الاحتياطي واتخاذ تدابير استثنائية لمواجهة هذا العدد.
تضاربت روايات المتهمين مع تقارير الشرطة حول استخدام الأسلحة والاعتداء على القوات الأمنية أثناء التظاهر.
أُحيل أكثر من 800 شخص إلى القضاء بتهم تتعلق بالتخريب والنهب في سياق أحداث العنف والسرقة.

مثُل عدة متهمين تم توقيفهم خلال مظاهرات 17 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر التي شهدتها فرنسا وأثارت الصدمة، أمام محكمة باريس الثلاثاء، حيث واجهوا اتهامات بالعنف ضد الشرطة، ومقاومة الاعتقال، أو إخفاء أغراض مسروقة. وجاءت المحاكمات في ظل أجواء مشحونة خصوصا بعد أن دعا وزير العدل إلى اتخاذ “أقصى درجات الحزم” حيال الموقوفين ورحّب بعدة أحكام قضائية بحقهم، وهو ما انتقده محامون.
